Could it be that simple? As it turned out, it was just that simple. So Gilmore decided he'd try to solve the loss-run procurement problem and in 2002 formed ATIN group of services, also known as, All Things Insurance Dot Net.

Gilmore's vision for the company's business model was to create and make available to its members, multiple services at a single, low rate that was to remain fixed for the life of a user's membership, provided the membership was kept in good standing and renewed annually with no lapse.
