By becoming a new member to the ATIN site, user acknowledges the following charges and fees associated with membership sign-up, site usage and agrees to the billing terms as stated on the membership signup page. Memberships are billed annually, with the first year's fees paid upfront.

New member/users also acknowledges a one-time, non refundable set-up fee of $9.95 per new membership.

Annual memberships dues are calculated based on the total number of users required by an agency or organization. ATIN defines a user as "any commercial producer, CSR, CSA or other employee that will be using the services provided by any ATIN-owned websites to either request insurance policy information on behalf of a prospect or insured, or who will be quoting policies based on the information obtained." Any use of ATIN-owned websites and services by an unauthorized, unregistered, non-paying individual is considered abuse of the services provided and a violation of these terms and conditions. ATIN reserves the right to pursue any and all perceived abuses of these websites to the fullest extent of existing laws. ATIN also stipulates their intent to levy fines for confirmed instances of abuse according to the terms detailed below.

Multiple user, corporate site license membership programs and fees can be found within the "Membership type" pull-down menu on the ATIN membership sign-up page. Enrollment for multiple agency, large volume groups may be completed by contacting an ATIN sales representative directly: sales@allthingsinsurance.net.

Unless otherwise specified, by purchasing a single user or corporate site license membership to use any/all services within the ATIN website, member/User agrees to use only for his/her purposes and not that of any non paying, non ATIN member.

Further, member/user agrees to pay allthingsinsurance.net, ATIN for small business Inc $5,000.00 per each misuse and will be placed onto a violators list posted within this site. Additionally, other penalties may apply within the state misuse occurred. ATIN does not tolerate misuse of its site and will prosecute to this end to the extent applicable by law.

Guarantee and Refund Policy

All regular annual membership fees for new members are subject to a 45-day money back guarantee.

If, for any reason, new members are unsatisfied with the results obtained through the use of our service, you may cancel within 45 days and receive a pro-rated refund of your annual membership fee. All Things Insurance.net will retain the equivalent of one month of your annual membership rate to offset administrative and processing fees, and will refund the equivalent of eleven months membership fee. Refunds will be processed and accounts closed immediately upon notification of cancellation.

After the initial 45 days of your new membership, no amount of your annual membership fee will be refunded for any reason.

All new memberships are charged a one-time, non-refundable setup fee of $9.95.
